Jared McBrearty is a Connecticut native who has spent most of his life in central Connecticut, guided by a strong work ethic that began at age 11. From farm work and odd jobs to concrete construction at 16, Jared steadily worked his way up to foreman and supervisor roles. In 2011, he launched his first concrete construction business, later expanding into interior renovations during slower winter months—an effort that led to the founding of A1 Home Improvement.

Over the past 15 years, Jared transitioned into home renovations and property investments, specializing in house flips. Since officially joining A1 Home Improvement in 2022, the company’s revenue has grown four to five times, with major expansion in roofing, siding, and windows. Jared contributes across marketing, sales, and installation improvements, while mentoring others along the way.
