Jared McBrearty is a proud Connecticut native who has spent most of his life in central Connecticut learning the value of hard work. His journey began early—at just 11 years old—doing odd jobs and working on a farm picking vegetables during the summers. By 16, Jared entered the construction industry through concrete work, quickly proving himself and rising to foreman and later supervisor roles at multiple companies.

In 2011, he launched his first concrete construction business. Slow winter seasons led him to explore interior renovations with a close friend, a partnership that later evolved into A1 Home Improvement. Over the past 15 years, Jared has shifted toward home renovations and property investments, specializing in house flips.

After officially joining A1 Home Improvement in 2022, he helped grow revenue four to five times while expanding roofing, siding, and window divisions. Jared contributes across marketing, sales, and installation improvements, and he’s passionate about mentoring others. An avid reader, he values growth in life as much as business. In 2024, the launch of A1 Solar marked the company’s next bold step, quickly earning trust across Connecticut through deep industry expertise.
